...compared to a 20 yo 900...no. compared to an equivalent euro marque...similar. compared to a hiline Japanese...yes. compared to an inexpensive Japanese...yes.
Saabs have improved in reliability, they say. But compared to others makes, not nearly as fast or far. GM (domestic), Ford and Chryslers are now much more reliable than Saabs. Early part failures are considered "maintainance".
My last experience was a '99. Can't afford the time for another right now. If I could it would be an 80's...lot more Swede, less GM.
