I agree. If you have good braking now just put some pads on. Less than 2 hours in the driveway. If you have any vibration in braking or if braking performace decreases during hard braking. I had rotors that after coming down a mountain rd(behind a mini van and yes I have spd and was down geared)I almost rear ended the car infront of me and a large cloud of smoke came from them. I think the car had over 200k(almost 300k now)
Also doing the rotors and pads are not hard diy jobs. Rotor only takes 10 minutes longer than the pads(two bolts and one screw)
