It is a direct swap for mine and your car. No mods necessary. I am ordering these parts TODAY. I got my hands on the parts list for my car and the '04 and figured out what parts could be reused and which parts I would need. The cost is just over $1000 for bumper, fog lights, and everything else. Shipping is what kills you because the bumper is huge and it's one piece obviously. Lemme know if you need a parts list. I have been debating about this change for some time since it's a pricey mod, but I saw an '04 up close yesterday in a parking lot. It's no comparison how much better the newer-style bumper looks; it's beautiful - I just needed a reminder. Cheers.
