There are a number of other posts that discuss fixing the orange relay. In short, put out the orange relay and pop it open. Take a soldering iron to it and resolder all the connections. It most likely has a bad solder joint. I experience the same problem where one high beam would work intermittently before not working altogether. Swapping bulbs showed it not to be a burned out bulb. I then found a bad solder joint on the relay (it had a different shine to it than the rest). Resoldering fixed the problem probably 20k miles ago.
