When I left to europe, and when I got back, it ran a little rough, until I got some new gas in there. You are not supposed to store gas for more than a few months, ask any law appliance repair guy, they will tell you always to use freash gas in your lawn mower/weed eater. It is just a little hard on the engine, does not burn as clean. (hence my suggestion for the fuel injector cleaner) I am sure the sophisticated tronics system on the car makes up for the bad gas in a lot of ways, but still, it is best, when possible not to let gas sit for a long time without a stabalizer addititve.
