You should be OK mixing if the rear pads are somewhat less grabby than the fronts. The other way around & you'll end up locking the rears when the car's weight shifts forward when braking. Slow stops on dry pavement wouldn't be too much concern, but edge-of-control stops (panic stops or slick conditions) could turn fatal.
I've had Akebono ceramics on the front & OE (Pagid) on the rear of my '99 9³ for the past 2 yrs with no problems. I'm sorry but I'm not familiar with the different EBC formulations. Are you unhappy with the response of the Greens? If I were in the same boat, I'd put Greens in back now & just wait it out to replace the fronts with Reds later. I suppose you might be able to sell used EBC front pads for something, but I don't know if it'd be worth the hassle.
