My turn signals weren't working but Emerg flashers did. So, followed Boomer's advice and checked the wiring to the fog lights below front bumper. Ditto... plugs & wiring to fog lights were damaged on both lights. I disabled fog light circuit by pulling fuze out in engine compartment fuze/relay box & temporarily safed off the damaged fog light wiring till I can make repairs later. Turn signals work fine now.
