The mount should not be loose so you might consider replacing it. Since the car is under warranty I would think that replacing it should be a no brainer for the dealer. its an easy, inexpensive fix.

most on this board recomend techron fuel system cleaner. I have used it on all my saabs over the years and been pleased.

you could also check the spark plugs, another cause of rough running.

I asume that you have a 4cyl. These engines do vibrate at idle in park and it drives some folks batty. but if it is making you sick you either have excessive vibration or are a very sensitive guy (which will work for you with the ladies, but not so much in a saab at a stop light :-) )
