80k is a good time to replace the pulleys & serp belt. reports here are that the small upper idler will not make it to 120k.
You can do all this from above. support the engine with a jack from below. I used a piece of 1/2 inch plywood between the jack and the oil pan to distribute the load, and jacked until I saw the engine budge a bit, indicating that the pressure was off the mount.
remove the mount, it makes the whole job a tad easier. I say a tad because it is really tight in there. really tight.
read up on this forum about short vs long belt. I choose the long belt.
at 80k I would replace all 3 pulleys, but some will say to let the larger center pulley go till 120k.
taking the plastic cover off of the the bottom will help when you thread the new belt on.
Retorque the old headbolts for now, but you should replace them soon.
