1: buy 2 standard 6x9 speakers, but pay attention to lower border of frequency response, and RMS power handling - like Pioneer TS-A6985, and install them into the opeinings in the parcel shelf.
2: buy an amplifier with a crossover and bass boost, like Clarion APX200.2, installation tip: remove the left side of the liner in the trunk - there is enough space for an amp there for absolutely invisible installation.
3: if you not gonna run this setup without crossover on (i.e. you need bass only from the rear - just like original HK system), you may hook amp inputs right to the rear door wires - the crossover will not pass main amp's noise anyway. Otherwise you will need to hook the amp all the way up to the dash unit.
4: tune the gain, crossover border and bass boost so that you may hear the bass while the volume is low but still there is no distortion when the volume's cranked up.
