The Osram bulbs that I purchased were advertised on e-bay as "Osram H7 +80% Rally Bulb 65W German Made" (e-bay item # is 140064556121; priced at $44.99 plus $6 shipping (seller is in WVa). Osram also makes a European version of the Silverstar bulb, and I believe that the Osram version is supposedly superior to the US Sylvania version. Supposedly the Osram Silverstar, and their 65W rally bulb, does not have a blue coating to produce the whiter light that the US Sylvania Silverstar bulb produces. The Osram Cool Blue bulb is another version of an Osram bulb and I don't know much about it.
Daniel Stern has recommended the Osram 65W rally bulb to certain posters on this board for the 9-5 high beam application, and he also sells this bulb through his website. So I do not believe that this bulb will cause a wiring problem on the 9-5.You may wish to check out Daniel Sterns Lighting website for additional information on the various bulbs out there.
