Thanks for the info. The top fitting is out where it can be accessed, the bottom fitting is burried amidst lots of hoses, etc. Tightening the bottom fitting was accomplished by using a 19mm ratcheting box end wrench (Sears/Craftsman has them)as Sweedcar describes. It was only necessary to remove the section of rubber intake line to get access. The fitting can be seen at the lower right corner of the radiator. To extend the reach of the wrench I securely taped a length of 1/2" dowel to the wrench. It takes about five minutes.
