I don't know where the drain tubes are on the 9-5, but it would seem that yours are at least partially blocked. Compressed air is often used to clear these out. in past Saab's I have used coat a hanger

in regards to your air diverter, run diags/calibration on your acc .. .press AUTO+OFF. This may clear it up, however it is more likely that you will see an error code or two. post back with the codes you find. The blend door in the air box is known weak spot on the 9-5.
