The 9-5 oil cooler is seperate from the engine coolant. Even if both leak at the same time - It is very unlikely they would cross contiminate.
I I was interested in the car I'd get a copy of the receipt for the tranny from the seller & followup with the repair shop & find out exactly how they "reconditioned" the tranny. I'd also look under the car & see if there is any evidence of fresh leaks ( Saabs have lots of pipes & eventually they can leak - not expensive if fixed before they cause major component failure.)
