I looked at the rubber insert on the wiper and noticed that you can slide it out by bending the end of the insert holder down a bit. Wal-Mart sells el-cheapo "Pylon" wiper inserts, and the cross-section of the rubber piece that they use is the same as what's in the OEM wiper. They come 2 to a pack, for <$5. Remove rubber insert from Pylon wiper, cut to proper length and slide into the OEM housing. Works like a charm.

Take $$$ saved over OEM wiper and buy good beer...
