Okay, no one seems to be responding so I did a little research to check for a clogged cat. After driving the car for a while at night so the engine and exhaust systems are nice and hot, get out of the car and look under to see if the cat. is glowing red. If it is it is most like clogged. You can also remove the oxygen sensor before the cat. and see if you get any improvement as the hole will allow for the back pressure to escape. It will throw a CEL but that should go away once you put it back in. Don't drive around like that for too long though - it'll screw with your fuel mixtures and you could probably damage something. You can also get under the car (when it's COLD) and jiggle the cat. around as much as you can. If you hear stuff rattling around in it it's most likely fried. Good Luck!
