I think from 2004 on there was a newly designed system, so up through 2003 would benefit from the update. The defining detail showing Rev 6 is in place is a hose from the oil trap to a molded-in nippple on the oil fill tube. Note that Rev 4 also featured a hose to the oil fill tube, but it connected to a tapped-in brass nipple. Don't be misled - Rev 4 has been discredited b/c it can allow moist air to enter the crankcase, aggrivating sludging, and allows crankcase vapors to bypass the oil trap, resulting in oil consumption. Rev 5 was essentially an "undo" of rev 4. Rev 6 is essentially "Rev 4 done right".
