There is a sensor in the duct that comes down on both sides of the console. It is very easy to replace (might take 20mins). I don't know for sure if this is the sensor you need though.

remove the cover in the footwell (3 torx screws ... maybe 4). the duct will be close to the console, rectangular, black, pointing downward. You will see a white connector and wires going to the sensor. The sensor comes out easily, if I remember you do not even have to remove the duct (another 2 screws if you do).

there is another white connector in the vicinity ... it connects to the blend door stepper motor

again not sure if his is the one you need, but its the only one I know of. It has a rectangular body, and a needle (to sense the temp) that sticks through the duct.

sorry, I dont know what the circulating pump is ... do you have a V6?
