This Dealer Service Dept seems OK so far.... Glassman Saab in Southfield isn't closest to my home but I drive right by them everyday going to/from work. I do most of my own service and only use Dealer Service Depts for jobs I lack the tools to perform.
So far they have completed the few jobs I have had them do for less than original estimates. The Service Dept at my "home" dealer, Suburban in Ann Arbor, has treated me well too. I am always wary but have not had problems with either one.
Best of luck with your wheel bearing replacement. From previous experience I know a bad hub will double the cost to repair.
