#1 & 2 - cannot comment on these.
#3: Most likely the banjo bolts for the transmission oil cooler need to be tightened. This is apparently a common problem. Do a search on 'transmission fluid' & 'banjo bolts' for the how-to on correcting this. I had the problem & it took me about 45 minutes with the right wrench. Check the trans fluid level - if it's low, this is it.

#4 sound like the vent hose coming out of the valve cover has a split in it. Your description of the symptoms describe this to a 'T'. If this is the case, upgrade the PCV venting to fix #6. Parts available as a kit from sponsors (I got mine from eEuroparts.com).
