Time for new tires

Hi guys,
My dealer told me I have 4-7 tread left and I should think about replacing tires soon. I was thinking about having it done sooner rather than later, since Costco is running a 60 dollar back promotion on michelins. From what I've read, it seems the Pilot Exalto A/S is not bad, but I was thinking about getting it in a 225/50 HR 16 size. A couple of questions about this:
1. Will it be OK for my warranty? It's not exactly stock size, so if there are any problems with the brakes, etc. will they blame it on that?
2. These tires have a load rating of 92H instead of 93. Will this be a problem?
3. Any comments about the tire? It certainly seems better than the MXV's and my Pirelli P6's have a lot of noise. I like costco because of the fact that I can get free balance/rotation whenever and they will repair in case of any problem.
4. Would the BFGoodrich Traction A/S be a better choice at about 20-40 dollars less per tire?
Thanks for all your help!
