Search for postings on "Theft Alarm" or "Service Theft Alarm".
Your batteries in the alarm siren are probably dead. You can replace them yourself for under $20, have a battery place (such as Batteries Plus)replace them for you if you deliver the siren to them for around $30, you can just unplug the siren for free, you can have the Dealer disable the siren for around $50 (assume 1/2 hour labor) in which case the theft alarm will still work but will use the car's horn rather than the siren, or you can have the Dealer install a whole new siren (their number one option for you) for around $400.
Lots of choices, all but one are cheaper than the ticket you already received.
