I'm into the 8th hour of a comlete engine turbo makeover. It's like "extreme makeover" except sears charges me for my tools. The turbo bit the dust and has sent oil throughout the exhaust system and I found about a quart of oil in one of the intercooler hoses and possible the intercooler? Do I need to check for oil in there?. If I find it in there how do I remove it etc. I've ordered a new turbo from a Saab dealer out in Washington state.$600, Does anyone know if there is a "seal kit" that needs to be orderd with it. I talked to the local saab dealer and he was trying to sell me the turbo new for $750 plus a "seal Kit" for $350. Are the tourqe settings for the head bolts and turbo on All data deal? I'm hoping someone from "pimp my ride" or "exteme Saab" makeover will show up. Until then I'm knee deep and digging.
