I received the Direct Ignition module from eEuroparts. R/R the unit, which was very easy. My wife's Aero is running great again. The CEL went out on the second start up. She is extremely happy and a bit awed that I was able to do it and I gave all the credit to Saabnet.com and what I have learned here.
Question: Do I need to clear the error codes or will they eventually go away? I haven't rechecked the codes since I installed the new DIC as I don't own a reader. I guess I can take it back to Autozone. Thanks to Anders and all the great posters here. I have learned so much.
