I bought the cup holder at the dealer for $75 and put it in myself. They wanted $136 parts and labor. I took the whole dash out. It took me about an hour start to finish and was pretty cool because I got to see what exactly was back there. Basically buy DIN removal tools at Wal-Mart (don't bother making your own with coat hangers - it doesn't work and you will end up putting a huge gash across the front of the head unit when one jumps out on you like I did. Take out the radio, pull the SID out from behind, take the radio cage out (makes a truly hellish cracking sound coming out but nothing breaks). Then all the switches need to come out - push them all out from behind. Remove the fuse panel in the side of the dash and pop the light switches out and stuff. Undo the cover to the steering wheel - there're 3 torx screws, you need to turn the wheel 90 degress to the left and right to get 2 of them and the third is on the bottom. Then there are something like 6 torx screws holding the wood dash cover in place. Remove those then you get to battle the clips holding it in. You have to pull with some force and once again they make terrible breaking sounds but nothing breaks. The cup holder is screwed into the dash cover. Good luck!
