Strange Whoosh noise

I have to Whoosh noise in the from on my 99' 9-5 SE. It is very noticeable, only on acceleration. Much louder than an 'normal' SAAB.
I've probe this board and it seems like a lot of people has experienced this, but nobody ever posted a solution. Standard responses are that it could be the Turbo Bypass Valve; maybe air filter.
Has anyone experienced this and if you solved the problem, was it the Turbo Bypass Valve?
