Hi, I don't post to much here (pretty busy) but from time to time I check in to see the latest buzz. if any of my repairs start dropping pixels within a year I will either repair it a second time or replace it (if I have one instock) normally what I have found that if any pixels drop out they'll do so within 3mo, after that it's usually good to go. I always strive for 100% but they're always a few out there that won't cooperate so it doesn't cost them a dime! (doesn't matter if theirs 1 pixel or 1 line) in anycase it's a whole lot better and very readable. I don't prorate the cost according to what percentage of the display is working. if they're giving a lifetime warranty on a unit, what happens if it comes back and they can't fix it? do you get your money back? perhaps another unit? these questions should be asked.....just my 2cents... I appreciate all the kind words my customers have posted on this board and if I can be further service please let me know.
Thanks! Guy
