Electrical Dies / Doesnt restart

Hi Everyone,
Wanted to pass this by you all. I have been having issues with my 2001 ’95 V6 where the car suddenly dies while driving on the freeway (mostly when I slow down). The electrical dies and then the car doesn’t restart despite cranking several times. Sometimes the battery gets depleted due to the numerous attempts I try. The battery is OK.
I replaced the fuel pressure regulator which helped for a day or two but today it happened again, leading me to believe its something else.
Any ideas? It has 123K miles.
thanks
