You need to jumper the wiring on the headlight relay in the fuse box next to the battery. The relay to jumper is closest to the firewall on the left side of the box when you are facing the windshield standing in front of the car. The relay pins to jumper are 87 and 87A. One pin has a white wire and the other pin has two violet or one gray and one violet wire. I used a fuse holder I purchased at Radio Shack for three dollars. Just ad a 15 amp puse to the fuse holder snd jumper the violet and white wires. The hardest part will be lifting the fuse block out of the fuse box. There are 4 little clips near the corners of the fuse block. Just lift the block out and turn it away from you so the wiring is now facing up. Atg this point the correct wires will be closest to you on the left. I've done this twice now to my 2002 ARC V6` SE and 2004 AERO Wagon. The AERO took all of 5 minutes.
Good luck
