2007 9-5...no inboard halogens

Long-time Saab owner, but first 9-5 (new 2007 Aero). When I picked up the car, I had the dealer Tech II the headlights so I have the "city lights" and tail lights activated when running, the ability to use the middle parking light position w/fog lights, and normal lighting when the switch is full right. My intention was to jump the 87 and 87A terminals of the "666" relay and have the inboard halogens light up with my bright lights and/or the pass-to-flash function during the day when the headlight switch is in the "off" position. Besides doing a search on the subject of the inboard halogens, I confirmed this issue with a local Saabneter who has done this conversion on two of his 9-5s. The problem I've encountered is that on my '07, the "666" relay is absent. Also, there are no female contacts under the fuse panel where the relay should be which would be capable of accepting the male prongs of the relay.....in other words, no wiring. I haven't investigated yet, but I'm given to wonder if there's any wiring at all going to the inboard halogens. Am I out of luck? Has anyone else encountered this issue on an '07 9-5?
Thanks,
Steve
