I don't think it is any more difficult for an Aero than a regular 9-5.
You remove the serpentine belt and tensioner assembly to access the upper bolt. Well, you have to start with removing the cross brace for upper motor mount.
Then you remove the right wheel to access the lower bolt and pull it out backwards from engine.
Then you have to loosen the exhaust system/catalytic converter and maybe drop the subframe slightly to snake the alternator from under.
