I have this issue and my indy has not done it before. After viewing the posts on this topic, there were a few asking about the steps involved. I did a google search and found the following link which looks to be pretty good description. Hope it helps and I'll be taking these steps to my indy in order to avoid replacing the tank in order to fix the problem.
