The first minor service (other than oil changes) on the 2004 is at 45,000 miles (check the manual to see what is serviced). We own a 2004 Aero wagon and I have 44,400 miles on it now so getting close to service time. Only issues I've had on our wagon is the battery failed and was replaced under warranty at about 3 years/40K. The ACC blower motor was replaced under warranty when it started making sqealing noises at 21K. They also replaced the lock cylinder under warranty. Also, the sunroof had to be fixed after one of the clips broke and it stuck open in the halfway position. There is a minor fuel clip recall mod they do under the rear seat so make sure that was done. I haven't heard about any fuel pump issue but I will ask at the next service. I have felt an odd vibration whan starting off from a stop that is similar to what my wife's 2003 Aero sedan did when she needed new front brakes - so that is probably in the works.
