Mine have been dark since delivery. I am told by dealer they don't light up but my friend's 07 9-3 do - what gives? Also going in for second time to address knocking sensation in steering wheel when steering and letting up on gas. Tech claimed he couldn't dind any problem. From this board, it sounds like this is common to 06s and 07s and that steering shaft has to be removed and liberally lubed up.
