I'm a bit relieved after reading these enthusiastic responses. My 1999 9.5 wagon has had two head gaskets and a slew of other stuff replaced since I bought it with 58,000 two years ago. So I've never trusted it. In fact, I bought a 1989 4wd Toyota Van this weekend for hard use because I'm always nervous when I drive the Saab in the mountains and don't want to break down up there. If you're used to paying a lot of money for repairs (and have a lot of money) then go for it. I am neither the former or the latter and this car has caused me many nights of unrest. Without the after market warranty I would have been in financial dire straits. Good luck.
