First, you can return it to any GM Saab dealer, without penalty. I returned my MY2000 9-3 to a different dealer.
Second, in your original lease kit, there was a description of what they consider to be minor and major damage to the paint and exterior. Check the damage on the vehicle to see what the category is, and then take it to a Dent Doctor if it is too big.
The lease kit also describes what the wear and tear items are, and I don't think the alarm module will be included. Who disconnected it?
The oil leak likely won't be held against you, unless it is from misuse.
My return went really smoothly - I was a few months early, and just paid off those months. No other penalties.
But you should watch for tires - are the current ones in good condition - a new set would be about a grand, eh!
