Hi--I had problem with my 99 9-5. The car was idling in the Price Chopper parking lot and just sputtered and died like I ran out of gas. Took 4 tries to get restarted--would not even turn over. Once I got it started, it died at the stoplight on the way out of town. Made my way home--was surging and losing power. The next morning, it would not start AT ALL. Had to have flatbed come to house to bring to the dealer, where they took a week to find the problem. The DIC was completely shot and when they put in the new one, it took right off. Got the car back yesterday and so far, so good. Good luck!
