Water under rear passenger seat/floor area

It only seems to happen after a decent rain with the car parked on an incline (not sure if this matters). Before I start tearing the interior apart, some ideas/help would be appreciated. I looked quickly for moisture inside the B-pillar and around the door seal and found none. The water under the rear seat (when I flip the bottom portion forward) seems strange. Does the sunroof drain exit under the seat?
Thanks in advance.
