Loose lower control arm pivot bolts loose again.

A year or so ago, the left-hand lower control arm pivot nut came loose resulting in a loud clunk when going over rough roads. This time, it looks like the right-side may be loose? Does anyone know if there's a torque spec for these nuts or something to keep them from loosing up? Last time the Dealer tightened the left-side using a wrench with a piece of pipe on it for lots of force.
