It is actually a much better design. It attaches to the brake fluid reservoir and continiously feeds it new brake fluid under pressure. You just open bleeding valve at each wheel (and the manual transmission if you have one) and bleed either the proper amount in this order:
Left front: 50 ml
Right rear: 50 ml
Front right: 100 ml
Rear Left: 50 ml
Clutch slave: 50 ml
I recommend you completely empty the reservoir with a turkey baster prior to bleeding. It will get half full once you pressurize the bleeder.
I usually buy a quart of fluid and bleed about 4X the required amount.
