We drive two 2001 9.5 SW's, both auto trans. My 2.3 lpt has 80K and my wife's 2.3 HOT has 65K. We've owned both cars for 33 months. In that time we've replaced one turbo, 1 oil preasure switch, one battery, 1 neutral safety switch, two sets of front brake pads, 1 set of front rotors, one blend door thingy, 1 passenger side mirror motor and two sets of tires, plus some bulbs and wiper blades. I did the 60 and 80K mile services mainly myself. Most of the parts replacements, except the normal wear items, were done by the dealer following their diagnosis as CPO free replacements. In my view, given regular preventive maintenance and scheduled service the 2001 is basically trouble free and lots of fun to drive. Good luck.
