Just had my 02'9-5 ARC 3.0 in for 60k service. Timing belt was free at 60K per 02'SAAB warranty and service booklet. Some say the tensioner should also be replaced at this time. My car was CPO'd so what was called the tensioner bracket & guide roller was replaced under warranty At my SAAB dealer. I think that adds $200+ to the cost otherwise. Dealer charged $700+ for scheduled 60k service...many items on list but basically...oil&filter,fuel filter,air filter,cabin filter,coolant,spark plugs,trans fluid,serpentine belt.etc.
A good reference is the check list found in the warranty & service booklet. I'm guessing 2002 & 2003 would identical for service.
