Somewhat unscientific.. my theory.. the short belt causes the power steering pump to jitter under full lock ( in parking lots etc) but doesn't have any issues elsewhere.
I even tried to raise the idle rpm 50 rpm ( indy With tech2) but didn't help.
saaber's with older 9-5 with long belts need to chime in with their experiences.. have at it guys...
