Check your oil for appearance and traces of oil in the coolant after running a bit. What you report is constant with a head gasket failure; gasses leaking from the combustion chambers into the coolant. Any white smoke from coolant on the exhaust? Probably cause of that is improper bolt torque at the factory. However, I thought that that problem was resolved by then, can't recall exact details. Once a HG starts to leak, retorquing the bolts is thought to be futile.
