After the belt and tensioner is removed, you remove all 4 cam sprockets and the rear timing cover.
It helps offset the cost if you are also planning to replace the 4 cam shaft seals.
After that it is just a matter of getting the bolt out that holds the upper radiator hose tube to thermostat and get the tube out. That could be tricky though since the oil dip stick, a bracket and spacer is stacked on top of each other in a Chinese knot configuration and the tube might be stuck in the thermostat housing.
