My daughter has the same car but almost 85,000 miles and it has been a trouble free car with few vices. I would strongly recommend to have the car certified to 100,000 miles and seven years. At 80 K miles she had to have the throttle body cleaned (normal maintenance) then 1500 miles later had to have it replaced. Almost 700.00 $ repair but her warranty covered all but 100.00 $. The cup holder broke (44,000, the sid failed (57,000 and the set memory switch failed (75,000. If On-Star is in the car this is about the last year it will be working; don't know if a retrofit is coming but there are lots of spots now where it simply won't connect to the cells. Price sounds reasonable if the car is pristine and never crashed. If it is a wagon I would go for it. After I got my first wagon I sold my 99 sedan (28,000 miles. The wagons are so much more useful and have far superior vision to the rear. I have a 2001 with 110,00 miles, it has essentially been trouble free and an 05 aero but it only has less than 10 K miles so too early to report on it, Both 9-5 wagons.
