Kelly SAAB. in Lancaster, PA charged me $75 for an oil change which they billed as a "35K mile service". When I protested, the clerk told me they had done other things as well. When I asked what, she replied that they had "checked the fluid levels and tire pressure".
Up until now I have been happy with this dealership, but it may be time to find an indy.
