... something is wrong.

you have a slow leak and the two most likely culprits are:
- coolant bypass valve.
- water pump.

do you see a puddle under the car? if so where?
- roughly under the firewall, centered left to right: coolant bypass valve.
- passenger side of the car: water pump.

no puddle? could be a small coolant bypass valve leak, it drips on the cat. and will evaporate before dripping on the ground.

With all of the above you will smell faint coolant smell.

could be a lot of other things as well, but these are the most common.

BTW: don't ignore the low coolant message!
