Not likely, but you could have a CPS problem, which won't allow the plugs to fire because the ECM doesn't know where the pistons are...
Or a fuel system problem - if you were nearly out of gas, with a change of weather you could have had condensation in your tank, and because water is denser than gasoline, you could have sucked some water into the line, which froze.
Does your engine smell like gasoline? That would be the test I would use. And the second test is for the battery, which may not be giving enough juice for turning the engine and providing power to the computer.
If it doesn't start with a boost (from AAA), then think fuel systems.
