I agree. I used to think that foglights were useless until one night when I was driving in an insanely pouring rain. The road was covered with water, the water was coming down hard, and headlights provided perfect light effects for the show (sparkling on the drops, reflecting from the water layer on the road) but no useful illumination. Only after turning the fogs on I could see the road (albeit close in front, but at that point I wasn't doing more than 30-35mph), road markings, and most importantly the sides of the road! (as to stay in between them, in headlights everything looked and reflected the same asphalt, grass, mud...). Love my fogs
